Moving on

After a break, I began my second year of teaching Sociology and Global Society to level 8 students. This module introduces students to contemporary sociological theory and central concepts relating to the discussion of globalization. As part of my own personal development, I am attending Scholarships of Teaching and Learning Seminars at Hamilton campus. The first is “Hands on Mahara” and the second is “Peer- assisted learning”. Both of these seminars will give me more valuable insight into enhancing the students’ experience in my classes.
